I shopped in the ElMonte for a pur faucet mount water filter. the clerk named Peter said to me that the product was way on the top shelf and for safety reason, they cannot drop it,and told me to come back tomorrow.this was on 10th of April. so I went back the next day the 11th. there were none on the shelf. I complained this to the manager of that day,and didn't do a bit of good. So I ask to be compensated for all the trouble,inconviences, time, gas money, and anger. I ask you to look into this and take care of it. Hopefully I don't have to cancel my membership#101 42100 037262219.
